Easy lifestyle changes that do your eyes a world of good include eating more fruits and vegetables, keeping the sun out of your eyes with hats or sunglasses and moderate aerobic exercise at least 3-4 times per week.
A little more difficult of a lifestyle change to make, but extremely important – quit smoking! Smoking is not only bad for your lungs, skin, teeth (and the list goes on), it is also bad for your eyes being a strong contributor to cataracts and macular degeneration. Today would be a great day to quit smoking as well!
